President and CEO
Desmun Dangerfield is the President and CEO of Seeds for Success Inc. Desmun created Seeds for Success Inc. because he has a deep passion to push the youth of America to a higher standard of thought, work ethic, and self-awareness. Desmun earned a B.A. in Mass Communications and a Master’s degree in Community Development from Prairie View A&M University. Desmun enjoys encouraging college readiness and creative artistry through the different fields of media. He is the owner of Dangerfield Media LLC and a volunteer music instructor for low socioeconomic high schools in Houston and Dallas, Texas. Desmun has a love for entrepreneurship, literacy, ministry, and the betterment of the millennial mind.

Cameron Cooper
Project Coordinator
Cameron Cooper is the Project Coordinator for Seeds for Success Inc. She has earned a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Prairie View A&M University (PVAMU), Master of Science in Nutrition from Texas Woman’s University, and is currently working to earn a Master of Business Administration degree from PVAMU. Cameron has enjoyed years of working with children to improve their learning from volunteering at elementary schools in the Fort Worth area to creating and executing activities for children of all ages through the Y.E.S. program at Girl Scouts. With Seeds of Success Inc., she hopes to assist Desmun in improving the mindset and confidence of the youth in America.

Merissa Fleming
Academic Success & Leadership Mentor
Merissa Fleming is dedicated to empowering students through guidance, mentorship, and practical strategies for academic and personal success. Over the past year, she has worked closely with students in our nonprofit, helping them navigate their educational journey with confidence and purpose. Merissa’s mentorship focuses on leadership development, fostering essential skills that prepare students for the transition to college life. She provides students with actionable steps to make their collegiate experience both structured and enjoyable, ensuring they are well-equipped to reach their full potential.
